In JMC-Hunts book on the Moths of Kent, it was noted as very common at Dungeness in 1938. Since
1990 has not been seen regularly at the traps and rarely away from Dungeness. We do know that it turns
up, in small numbers, while night trapping at the top of the Long Pits.

Earliest date: 25th July (05,06). Latest date: 24th September (89). Max. 2 at Dungeness in August
     04 and September 06.
