Recorded every year from all trap-sites. No confirmed occurrence before 1951. The 53rd most commonly
occurring moth in the area. Data from BB shows an increasing trend in the number recorded while DW
shows a decreasing trend. Exceeded the 40 dates at three traps in 04,one in 05 and 06.
Earliest date. 3rd September (04). Latest date. 8th December (03). Max. 114 at Dungeness in
October 03. (600 recorded from 8 traps at the Long Pits in September 06. K.Tailby and M.Hammond). |
