First recorded at Greatstone 13th, 15th and 17th August 1955 (G.Bransby) and larva found 25th May
1963 (JMC-Hunt). Sprinkling of dates over the years from all areas though mostly Dungeness and
Greatstone but with decreasing frequency in recent years.
Earliest date. 11th July (97). Latest date. 31st August (97). Max. Singles with 2 in August at
Greatstone in 88 and Dungeness in 91 and 97.
